Just under a week after releasing his new video “Ur the Moon,” Playboi Carti is back again with "2024," produced by Kanye West, Earl on the Beat, and the duo Ojivolta, who worked on much of Donda and Donda 2.

Enjoy the latest Playboi Carti, a smooth number guaranteed to please the Vamps, above.

The visual features West wearing the Ku Klux Klan-channeling hood he donned this week for his Miami rave in support of Vultures, the upcoming collab project with Ty Dolla Sign. The imagery appeared in the 2013 video for the Yeezus track "Black Skinhead," styled for the visual as "BLKKK SKKKN HEAD."

West loudly and repeatedly antagonized Jewish people and expressed anti-Semitic views in late 2022—including "I see good things about Hitler" and "I love Nazis"—and nuked many lucrative deals and much goodwill in the process. "2024" features Carti leaning in to spit the lyric “you know I can’t be canceled ‘cause you feel some type of way” in Kanye's ear.

Carti, 27, and West, 46, previously teamed on Donda’s “Off the Grid” and "Junya," plus Whole Lotta Red’s “Go2DaMoon.”

Carti’s follow-up to his 2020 sophomore album Whole Lotta Red is potentially titled Music, a theory given a boost in his new release with the to-the-point lyric “2024/Music.” In November he shared in an interview, “I’ve been recording in Paris, I love Paris. Amazing. I was recording, in a cave, for like three months, and all the music that came out of that is just chaotic and crazy. Then, I’m in a glass house, somewhere in the hills, and the music there is just very good to the ears. And then, I’m in Atlanta and the tensions are just high and the music is biting.”

"2024" was announced just before it hit on Thursday night, with an intense clip simply proclaiming “new fucking Carti tonight,” with the “fucking” helpfully bleeped for all the children at home.
