Nav has shared some hilarious CCTV footage of Lil Uzi Vert slipping and falling into his pool, and the XO rapper said it happened after the pair were in the studio together.
The footage Nav shared finds the pair walking past the backyard pool when Uzi abruptly decides to try and jump over the water to a barrier within the pool. The jump goes horribly awry, and Uzi flops straight into the water, with Nav bending over in laughter.
The “Just Wanna Rock” rapper then casually gets out of the pool, and the duo have a good laugh about it before walking off camera.
“Caught Uzi slippin leaving my studio last night,” Nav captioned the post along with a crying laughing emoji. YG, Ty Dolla $ign, and XO’s Cash were just a few of Uzi’s rap peers who also found the incident hilarious in Nav’s comments.
The failed jump comes after Uzi confirmed he and Nav would be cooking up some new music this year. The pair have previously linked up on several records over the years such as “Wanted You,” “Interstellar,” “Dead Shot,” “Leaders” and others.
Uzi most recently took the Grammys stage on Sunday as part of the Hip Hop 50 Tribute Performance, and ran through his Billboard-topping hit single “Just Wanna Rock.” The Jersey-club-infused single also hit No. 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week, marking Lil Uzi Vert’s seventh top 10 entry and third highest-charting song as a lead artist following “Futsal Shuffle 2020” (No. 5) and “XO Tour Llif3” (No. 7).
As for Nav, he dropped off his latest album Demons Protected By Angelslast September, which features appearances from Travis Scott, Lil Baby, Future, Lil Durk, Gunna and more.
