Gucci Mane recently gifted his wife Keyshia Ka'oir a 1017 chain to commemorate their wedding anniversary.
The 1017 chain is also something that very few people have. Almost like the Roc-A-Fella Chain that JAY-Z used to hand out to newly signed Roc Nation artists, the 1017 chain is significant because only those closely tied to Gucci Mane's 1017 label or to him have been gifted it. Young Thug and Lil Baby are two notable artists who have been seen popping up in the coveted piece of jewelry, and now Keyshia is among that small group to have one as well.
The two met back in 2010 and now have been married for almost three years, with Keyshia staying with Gucci while he served his three-year prison stint from 2013 to 2016. Their wedding—dubbed The Mane Event—was also a 10-part BET event. The network aired the actual ceremony and behind-the-scenes content as well. The star-studded event featured guests like Lil Yachty, Jhene Aiko, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Rick Ross, and Diddy, who all followed the dress code by wearing all white. The total price of gifts alone from the wedding tallied to around $1.7 million dollars.
The couple both posted each other on Instagram on Thursday to commemorate the occasion as well.
