Rick Ross has revealed the actor who served as his stunt double and jumped off the bridge in the "Speedin'" music video was only paid $300 for the role.

Last Wednesday, the Biggest Boss took to his Instagram with a video of himself at the scene where the stunt happened and reminisced on the stunt double's small payout.

"Right behind me is the world-famous [bridge] that it look like Rozay jumped off in that DJ Khaled video," said Rick Ross with a huge grin on his face. "But just for the record, the homie that jumped off for me, he a real G," "He did it for $300. You feel me?"

In the video, released in 2009, Ross and DJ Khaled are seen riding around Miami before getting stopped by police for speeding. Rick Ross proceeds to exit the car and appears to comply with the officer.

Things get out of hand when Ross splits off and jumps over the bridge and into the water below. As he (or rather his stunt double) takes the jump, Ross' voice can be heard in the background saying, "I will never go back, so I gotta stay speeding." The bridge scene went viral on social media over the years as fans ridiculed Ross for doing the absolute most over a speeding ticket.

The visual also features cameos from Fat JoeGunplayTrina , and Diddy. The song also features controversial R&B singer R. Kelly, who was sentenced to 30 years in prison in June 2022 on racketeering and sex trafficking charges and an additional 20 years in February 2023 for charges of child pornography and enticement of minors.
