Those who have been paying attention to Murda Beatz's ascension over the years know he's responsible for some of the biggest hits of the last decade.
Between Drake's massive hit "Nice for What," Migos' fiery "Motorsport," and Travis Scott's "Butterfly Effect," Murda has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry.
Even with his continued success, some people still claim to have never heard of Murda and he's heard the noise.
In response to people telling him they don't know, Murda posted a now-viral TikTok video highlighting some of his biggest songs, including the ones mentioned above.
"Sold over 75 million records... You'll hear about me someday," Murda wrote in the caption.
Since posting the video three days ago, it's tallied over 2 million likes and 21 thousand comments, proving that those who don't know about him are in the minority.
"Literally the goat," said one commenter, prompting Murda to respond with a flex emoji. "Murda top 5" said another.
On the other hand, another commenter said: "why you trying to prove who your are I've been to concerts that you was in everybody know you and your tag."
A commenter asked him his favourite song he produced. Murda responded: "Buzzin. Sweet sweet. Pipe it up. Hotel lobby. Idk so many lol."
Murda's catalogue is far reaching. He's produced songs for 6ix9ine, Cardi B, Ariana Grande, and Chlöe, while also having multiple credits on Quavo and Takeoff's collaborative effort Only Built for Infinity Links.
The Canadian producer has had a quiet year so far, with his lone production credit coming on Ludmilla's "Solteiras Shake."
