After the success of singles like “30,000 ft,” and “Water Whip,” DJ Charlie B has finally dropped his album Across The Board. 

The 16-track debut album features a colossal lineup of major names in the Toronto music scene: NorthSideBenji, Roy Woods, Pressa, Duvy, Lil Berete, Haviah Mighty, and many more notable artists. 

To tie in with the album’s release, Charlie B released the official music video for “Miss You,” featuring OVO Sound rapper Smiley. Peep it below.

This is a huge milestone for the international DJ and music producer, who went from basement parties to BET’s 106 & Park to nightclubs across the globe. Heavily known for his previous collaborations with industry titans like Drake, DJ Khaled, Cardi B, Murda Beatz, and more, Charlie B continues to reach new heights as he takes his musical career to the next level.

“I remember taking my entire paycheck from McDonalds as a teen and going downtown to buy records at Play De Record just so I could make my own mixes and DJ at my friends’ house parties,” Charlie B says in a statement, reflecting on his journey. 

“Going from that to being recognized as one of the most prominent DJs in the country really shows what my vision has been since I was young. This album is just the first step to the next level of the vision.” 

With the onset of an unforgettable summer for the city, this album could not have come at a more perfect time.
