Yo Gotti Drops DJ Drama Gangsta Grillz Mixtape 'I Showed U So'

The tape features guest appearances from Moneybagg Yo and Rich Homie Quan.

After announcing plans to drop a Gangsta Grillz mixtape with DJ Drama last month, Yo Gotti has delivered his new project I Showed U So.

Featuring guest appearances from Rich Homie Quan and Moneybagg Yo, the tape serves as a follow-up to the pair's 2006 tape I Told U So. It's the rapper's first solo material since dropping his 11th studio album, CM10: Free Game, which debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 when it was released in February 2022.

To celebrate the arrival of I Showed U So, a 10-track release that wastes no time getting to it, Gotti shared a video on Instagram to thank Drama for his involvement and all of his fans for showing their support.

Last year, Yo Gotti did an interview with Complex's Speedy Morman to talk about his plans beyond rap, including the various investment opportunities he's added to his business portfolio over the years.

More recently, the rapper went public with his relationship with Angela Simmons at the start of 2023. When Simmons shared the news, she wrote, “Happier than I ever been."

Gotti and his girlfriend appear in the video for "The One," where they travel to two luxury destinations (Greece and Dubai) while showing off their love for each other.
