Donald Trump Jr. Gives Scheduled Pro-NRA Twitter Rant After YouTube HQ Shooting

The Trump family loves to use national tragedies to justify their tainted politics.

Most recently, Donald Trump Jr. had some opinions about yesterday's shooting at the YouTube headquarters in San Bruno, California.

According to Business Insider, Donald Trump Jr. found the shooting an opportunity to defend the NRA, especially in a political climate advocating for gun reform following the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School​ in Parkland, Florida on February 14.

Let's back up for a second. Authorities revealed the identity of the shooter as Nasim Aghdam, who allegedly targeted her partner that worked at the office. She also had her own channel on the social video platform. According to USA Today, she posted a video recently accusing YouTube of filtering and censoring her content, since her videos had recently experienced a dramatic drop in views. She experienced demonetization as a result of her content dropping in audience views.

Instagram and YouTube blocked Aghdam's accounts shortly after her name was released. So of course, on Twitter, Trump Jr.—who participates in big game hunting abroad—asked the world if the same situation would've happened if the shooter were a member of the NRA.
