Kid Cudi took to Twitter to give fans an update.

"New music next year!! Gonna work the rest of this year. In no rush to do anything right now," Cudi wrote. "I dont drop albums every year anymore. Gotta give myself time to do other things. And relax!"

Cudi also said that he'll be going on tour in 2020.

Cudi's last solo album was 2016's Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin'. Cudi also linked with Kanye to drop off the collaborative Kids See Ghosts album back in June of 2018. That project featured appearances from Pusha-TYasiin Bey, Ty Dolla Sign, and others.

It'll all make sense soon 😌
