Accomplishments: Pavel: 2012 Hockey Hall-of-Fame inductee; Valeri: 400 career points
Pavel "The Russian Rocket" Bure has one of the greatest nicknames to emerge from mid-'90s hockey, and the forward was elected into the Hockey Hall of Fame this past summer. His goals per game average ranks him third all-time, and he led the NHL in scoring three different times over the course of his illustrious career. While Valeri was certainly less decorated, he did manage to cobble together a very nice 10-year NHL career. Talent was never the problem with the younger Bure, who amassed 400 points in 621 games. Indeed, the issue was more one of durability; he only managed to stay completely healthy for three of his professional seasons.
