Jordan Brand is moving full speed ahead with the Air Jordan 2 retros, as the brand is getting ready to release a new colorway of the sneaker that's inspired by one of New York City's most iconic landmarks.

Shown here is the "Crystal Mint" Air Jordan 2 that's dropping via SNKRS early next month. According to the brand, this women's exclusive colorway pays homage to New York City as well as the "iconic landmark that stands tall in New York Harbor," aka the Statue of Liberty.

The "Crystal Mint" Air Jordan 2 dons a clean white-based leather upper that's offset by grey tumbled leather panels at the mid-panel. The sneaker also features mint green hits on the eyelets, the sockliner, and portions of the outsole. The shoe's standout element is the marbled "Wings" logo on the tongue, which is directly inspired by the aforementioned landmark.

Readers will be able to cop this Statue of Liberty-inspired "Crystal Mint" Air Jordan 2 starting on Aug. 1 via SNKRS and at select Jordan Brand retailers. The shoe will be available in women's sizing and will retail for $175.
