A report from TMZ is alleging that Euphoria star Angus Cloud was involved in a hit-and-run in Marina del Rey, California.

The 24-year-old and another man “were driving around in an SUV that rear-ended a Toyota and then took off into a nearby parking lot,” writes the outlet, which obtained photos of the slightly crumpled and scratched vehicle.

Police sources informed TMZ that Cloud is not an official suspect but “his name has been floated for possible involvement” and they’re looking to talk to him.

A witness told the outlet that at least one person “suffered injuries to her legs and arms, with bruising and redness.” The same witness sought out the actor and his companion in the aforementioned parking lot but was unable to find them.

Cloud famously had no screen experience prior to Euphoria premiering its first of two seasons (so far) in 2019. The Sam Levinson-created HBO hit has raked in nine Emmys in that short span, including Best Lead Actress in a Drama Series for Zendaya twice, Best Guest Actor in a Drama Series for Colman Domingo, and Best Choreography for Scripted Programming for Ryan Heffington. It’s gotten another 16 nominations, and Zendaya also snagged this year’s Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a TV Series – Drama.
