Atlanta’s final season premieres on Sept. 15. Fans of the series—the main cast of which also features Brian Tyree Henry, Zazie Beetz, and LaKeith Stanfield—will note the brief appearance in this latest peek of Katt Williams. The comedian, of course, previously appeared in the Season 2 episode “Alligator Man,” with his performance ultimately earning him an Emmy.

“Tarrare,” Atlanta’s Season 3 finale, focused on Zazie’s character Van and was written by Stefani Robinson. Speaking with Karla Rodriguez for Complex in May, Robinson opened up about the artistic intentions behind the episode, including its uniquely moving exploration of the character’s mental health.

“I wanted to do it in a way that isn’t so, woe is me like it’s all a catastrophe,” Robinson told Complex. “The other interesting thing is mental health is so, when you’re going through something it doesn’t always look like just sitting in bed crying. It can look like so many different things. It can look like a more manic episode. It can look like trying on different personalities, trying new things with risky behavior. It can look like so many different things.”

Also in May, Complex ranked all ten Season 3 episodes. See that here.
