Sci-fi isn't exactly a genre that goes hand-in-hand with comedy, but based on the stars attached to The Somethings, we're gonna go ahead and get our hopes up.
Variety reports that Seth Rogen, Bill Hader, and Zach Galifianakis, have signed on to star in the upcoming movie, directed by Rodney Rothman, who wrote 21 Jump Street (wow, this keeps getting better).
There are zero details about the plot other than it "follows a group of male astronauts, who, after being stuck in space for years, come upon another ship."
We feel like someone probably smuggled a bong up there, but hey, that's pure speculation.
There's definitely potential here. Hader and Rogen worked well together in Superbad, and it looks like even Galifianakis would admit it can't be worse than those Hangover sequels.
