Hulu just shared the first trailer for The Dropout, the Amanda Seyfried-starring series focused on the rise and fall of disgraced Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes.

Starring Seyfried in the lead role, the show promises to follow the story of Holmes from when she was an ambitious student at Stanford, to her meteoric rise in the tech world thanks to her blood testing startup, Theranos. “The world works in certain ways until a new great idea comes along and changes everything,” the trailer opens, as Seyfried’s Holmes pitches her then-groundbreaking at-home blood testing kits.

Seyfried is joined by a stacked cast that also includes Naveen Andrews, William H. Macy, Laurie Metcalf, Alan Ruck, Stephen Fry, Elizabeth Marvel, Michael Ironside, and Kate Burton. The Eyes of Tammy Faye director Michael Showalter is also attached as an executive producer.

The Dropout is one of two upcoming projects centered on Holmes, with Don’t Look Up director Adam McKay developing a project with Jennifer Lawrence in the lead role.

Holmes was found guilty last month on four of 11 charges of defrauding the investors of Theranos, which was once billed as a revolutionary startup before waves of faulty results proved the tech did not deliver on her promises. She claimed in court that her ex-boyfriend and former business partner Ramesh “Sunny” Balwani,” was sexually abusive to her during their relationship. She said the experience influenced her decisions at the time, leading her to defraud investors and patients.

The Dropout is set to arrive on Hulu on March 3. Watch the trailer above.
