Kodak Black has finished up a 90-day drug rehab program, potentially opening up the Bill Israel artist to the possibility of expanded tour options in the near future.

Per a report from TMZ on Monday, Kodak recently had a court hearing centered on the reinstatement of his supervised release, with the judge stating he’s pleased with the progress Kodak has made thus far. The report adds that, in light of this development, Kodak is now “weighing his options” with regards to future touring opportunities. Among those opportunities, per the report, are recent offers for international dates.

Furthermore, Kodak’s lawyer Bradford Cohen is quoted in the report as saying Kodak—who recently performed as part of the Rolling Loud California lineup–is also going to keep his focus on making new music and maintaining a distance from anything that might lead to a repeat of what happened earlier this year.

As previously reported back in September, Kodak is said to have failed a required drug test, which prompted a judge to require him to enter and complete a 90-day program. It was later reported that Kodak was able to get a 30-day chunk of that program moved to somewhere outside of his home state of Florida to give him a “better chance at success.”

Complex has reached out to Kodak’s lawyer Bradford Cohen for comment and will update this post accordingly.

Back in January, Kodak received a commutation from then-president Donald Trump in connection with his 2019 charge of falsifying info on federal forms to purchase firearms.

Earlier this month, some fans were quick to express concern over Kodak’s behavior in a video on Zias and B.Lou’s YouTube reaction channel. Kodak, however, later explained that he was “fakin like I’m sleepy” and noted that he gets “drug tested consistently.”
