Ahead of his inaugural appearance on the Coachella lineup in April, IDK has shared a new song and video, marking his first release of 2023.

“Radioactive” arrives alongside an official video co-directed by the Meeks & Frost filmmaking duo and IDK himself, resulting in a visual mini-journey that astutely captures the unique energy of the Baltimore dance-inspired track.

“Radioactive” follows IDK’s personal update to vinyl-seeking fans earlier this month, with the artist teasing that his “entire catalog” will soon be available on the oft-collected format.

“You are not fans you are fam,” IDK said in the IG-shared note. “Anyway, I love you AND appreciate you so much that I’ve chosen not to ignore your constant, and I mean CONSTANT requests for vinyl records.”

The note was accompanied by an announcement of three IDK projects being launched on vinyl: 2019’s Is He Real, 2021’s USee4Yourself, and last year’s Simple.

IDK’s first-time Coachella slot occurs at a pivotal moment for the California festival, which has enlisted headliners for this year’s multi-weekend experience including Frank Ocean, BLACKPINK, and Bad Bunny. Also on the lineup this time around are Metro Boomin, Pusha T, Wet Leg, Charli XCX, Latto, Blondie, 070 Shake, Kaytranada, Burna Boy, Boygenius, and many more.
