UPDATED 7/18, 7:30 p.m: Lil Durk's health issues are still a concern.

According to TMZ, the Chicago rapper was forced to cancel upcoming tour dates as he continues to recover from severe dehydration. He called off his Rolling Loud Miami set scheduled for this Saturday.

Durk's homecoming concerts in August are reportedly still up in the air. The outlet states that his team monitors the situation and postpones shows on a "day-by-day" situation.

The "All My Life" rhymer took to Instagram to inform his fans about the situation.

"Since I'm still awaiting to get full clearance from my doctors to travel and perform again, I have no other choice but to cancel my headlining Rolling Loud performance," he wrote. "While I'm home resting, I am looking forward to my two homecoming shows on the 11th & 12th in Chicago. For the rest of the the [sic] country, I'll be announcing new dates soon."

Lil Durk was released from the hospital Wednesday after receiving treatment for severe dehydration and exhaustion, a source tells TMZ.

Durk was reportedly admitted on July 6 when doctors determined that his condition was more concerning than the rapper and his team believed it to be. The Chicago native missed several shows in Europe and an appearance at the 2023 ESPYs as a result of his hospital stay.

"My fans mean everything to me, you’re the reason why I do this," Durk said in a statement, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop. "I was looking forward to touching all of my European fans, performing this week(end), attending the ESPYs and more but after performing and traveling daily I’ve become severely dehydrated and advised by my doctors not to travel due to exhaustion."

An insider said Durk has yet to be cleared by physicians to perform.

The Almost Healed MC announced one year ago that he was taking a break to "focus on my health" after being struck by a pyrotechnic while performing at Lollapalooza 2022.

Durk is scheduled to begin the Sorry for the Drought Tour on July 28 in Tampa. It's unclear if the 27-city run, which includes select appearances by Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, and DD Osama, will be impacted by his medical situation.

"Once I get my full energy back, it’s back to business which I’m looking forward to. #StillHealing," he said.
