It seems that Post Malone is ready to drop his next album but is having issues with his label.

The artist’s manager Dre London took to Instagram to air some grievances on Monday night, writing, “Our sync & energy always on a Insane level!! Album has been done!! We Ready!!”

He continued, “But seems @republicrecords @universalmusicgroup isn’t Posty fans no more need to press me anymore we did our part!! Now it’s time for the label to get the business right before we drop BIG Album! Hit them up! We been ready like u are!” He added at the end, “#2022 It’s Time!!!”

Malone’s last release was his song “One Right Now” with The Weeknd in November, which peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and later got the video treatment. His last album, Hollywood’s Bleeding, came out in 2019 and opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with features from Future, Meek Mill, Lil Baby, SZA, Young Thug, Swae Lee, and more.

London touched on Malone’s upcoming releases last April as well, sharing with fans on IG that the musician was looking to release two albums in the same year. “This that smile while on FaceTime with @postmalone agreeing that the world deserves 2 Posty projects out this year!” London captioned a photo of him smiling into his phone. “Discussing dates to drop the 1st one sooner than u think!”

Complex has reached out to a Republic Records rep for comment.
