The video for King Von’s latest song “Don’t Play That” with 21 Savage is here.

The animated visual sees the late Von linking with his crew and his woman as they take a ride through the city and go to the studio. They then connect with 21 right before the two rappers become involved in a car chase with the police.

Produced by Kid Hazel, “Don’t Play That” will appear on Von’s posthumous album What It Means to Be King, slated for a March 4 release via Only the Family and Empire. Prior to his death in November 2020, the Chicago spitter shared a clip of the song on social media. What It Means to Be King will follow his first and only album, 2020’s Welcome to O’Block.

The track is the first collaboration between Von and 21, who gifted Von’s little sister a Range Rover following his tragic death.

Von’s former manager Track said in 2021 that the artist has hundreds of unreleased records. “Just going through my notes, I found a hundred songs, not released,” he told DJ Vlad. “One day, I went, I said, ‘Let me really see how much songs this man really had.’ Man got over 200 or 300 songs.”
