The week just got a whole lot better for Drake fans.

On Thursday night, the Grammy-winning rapper came through with the official video for “Knife Talk,” featuring 21 Savage and Project Pat. Drizzy announced the visual just minutes before its premiere, posting a black-and-white 13-second teaser that went heavy on the Halloween vibes.

The video draws inspiration from old horror films, as it includes shots of zombies and talking dolls, as well as a couple of murder scenes.

“Knife Talk,” co-produced by Metro Boomin and Peter Lee Johnson, was a standout track from Drake’s sixth studio album, Certified Lover Boy, which arrived about two months ago. The cut samples Juicy J’s 2017 song “Feed the Streets,” featuring ASAP Rocky and Project Pat; the latter spoke about “Knife Talk’s” origins during a September interview with 360 Plug Hype, revealing it was originally intended for 21’s album.

“Really man, it was a track that was done and Metro Boomin, that’s my guy too, he hooked it up. He had the track, it was supposed to go on 21 Savage’s album but it didn’t make it. And then Drake got it, man, and he gave me that Drake blessing.”
