Just a few days after prosecutors decided to not charge him and his wife Tiny with drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 2005, T.I. has returned with a new song titled “F*ck Em.”

Featuring Lil Jon, the track is accompanied by a music video that sees T.I. celebrating the case, as he raps, “On my life me and my wife, run this city, can’t snatch these stripes/We don’t care what they talking ‘bout fuck them lies/Just mad ‘cause they bankroll ain’t this size.”

The track arrives just a few days after T.I. teased its release on Instagram: “Every storm runs outta rain. Official msg Monday,” the Atlanta rapper wrote in a post on Friday.

Last Friday, T.I. and Tiny received news that they would not be charged in the sexual assault case. Prosecutors dismissed the charges over the statute of limitations. The alleged victim told police earlier this year that the couple drugged and sexually assaulted her and claimed that she met T.I. and Tiny at a club in Los Angeles back in 2005.

T.I. discussed the charges last week during an episode of the Big Facts Live podcast.

“Shit didn’t happen,” he said. “Lemme ask you a question. If that were really going on—they sent that shit to the feds, to GBI—I trust in every legal law faculty to do they job.”

T.I. continued, “To be honest with you bro, stupid people listen to stupid people. It’s simple as that. The name of the show is Big Facts. You show me one motherfuckin’ big fact on the subject and we can continue the discussion. This shit started January 29th.”
