With the release for Square Enix's highly anticipated Kingdom Hearts III, the Japanese developer and publisher shared the opening theme for the game. Produced by Skrillex and featuring vocals from Hikaru Utada, both the English language and Japanese language versions are now available to stream. You can also check out the official video for "Face My Fears" up top.

Skrillex has always made it clear that he's a massive fan of the Kingdom Hearts series, which led to him eventually landing the opportunity to work on music for the latest game in the series. Both versions of the opening theme have arrived on Hikaru Utada's new Face My Fears EP, which also features two other tracks.

Originally, Skrillex was tasked with remixing "Don't Think Twice," but instead their work together evolved into an original collaboration. Utada has been with the series since the very beggining, but this is Skrillex's first time working on the franchise. Square Enix teased the song in December when they premiered the opening movie for the game, which featured a snippet of the future bass-tinged track.

Square Enix isn't shy when it comes to working with big-name musicians, previously incoporating Ariana Grande and Katy Perry into their immensly popular Final Fantasy series. Kingdom Hearts III, the twelth entry in the Disney and Square Enix series, is available now on Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
