For the first time in two years, Gunna is set to perform two headlining shows in Brooklyn, New York, and Los Angeles.

The Brooklyn show at the Barclays Center will take place on September 9, while the Los Angeles show will go down at the YouTube Theater on September 28. The performances will mark his return to the stage after he was incarcerated as part of the sweeping RICO indictment against Young Thug's Young Stoner Life record label.

The names of the shows are a reference to his latest album, A Gift & a Curse, on which the rapper addressed allegations that he "snitched" in the YSL RICO case after taking an Alford plea. "I know some n***as locked up in the dungeon that say they feel me like a fabric/I know you heard I been pullin' up pressin' these n***as who claimin' I ratted," he raps on the track "Rodeo Dr," for instance.

A Gift & a Curse debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with 85,000 album-equivalent units during its first week. Despite his insistence that he didn't "snitch" on Thug and his YSL cohorts, the situation has seemingly caused a rift between him and his Drip Harder collaborator Lil Baby, who addressed the drama in a leaked snippet of an unreleased single.
