If there's anything Azealia Banks knows how to do, it's stay in the headlines. Just last month, her now-former archnemesis Iggy Azalea confirmed Banks would be appearing on her upcoming album. The two initially made waves in June when they publicly called their beef off. Now whether anyone will actually listen to this collab, no one knows. But that's not the point here.
Banks is back in the news, this time for posting a full nude on Instagram. She's since deleted it, but she immediately flooded her page with different artistic iterations of the photo.
In the original post caption, Banks explained that her recent song "Escapades" was the inspiration behind the photos:
She then advised her fans to screenshot the photo, as she intended to delete it soon after posting.
Because Twitter is the land of grand opinions, many people had something to say. And it wasn't exactly nice.
As expected, there were instant comparisons to Amber Rose, who posted her own NSFW photo to Instagram in June. This time though, people took Banks' side.
Well done, Azealia. You got us talking again.
