Rick Ross is clearly fearless in spending his money, as he just dropped $35 million on a home in Miami Beach's Star Island.

According to a report from TMZ, Rozay closed on the home on Monday. The luxurious crib is 40,000 square feet and comes with six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and several amenities, such as a heated pool, entertainment room, summer kitchen, plaza deck terraces, a waterfront, and a 40-foot dock.

The Biggest Boss will be moving in next to several high-profile celebrities, including Jennifer LopezShaquille O'Neal, and one of his best buddies, Diddy.

TMZ had first reported that Ross had been looking at the home since July and plans on giving it a significant facelift through renovations. The home is one of five for the Maybach Music Group boss. He has one in Texas, one in Florida, and two in Georgia, including his massive Promised Land Estate.

Ross isn't just using his money to purchase homes. The 47-year-old spent $30,000 to keep Fayette C.A.R.E Clinic in Georgia open. According to WSB-TV, the clinic was on the verge of shutting its doors until Rozay came to its rescue with a $30,179 check.

Fayette C.A.R.E Clinic had raised $19,000 of its $50,000 goal before the superstar rapper delivered the largest donation that the clinic, which has been operating since 2005, had ever received.

"A clinic like this means a lot to me. I lost my father at an early age and I felt like one of the reasons I lost him so early is because of his lack of healthcare," Ross told WSB-TV.
