After dominating the big screen in 2018, Michael B. Jordan has made a big move in the fashion realm.
This week, Coach will launch its Spring 2019 men's campaign starring the Black Panther actor. Jordan was announced as Coach's first-ever men's ambassador back in September.
"I've really enjoyed getting to know Michael over the last few years," Coach Creative Director Stuart Vevers said in a press release. "He has been a true supporter of Coach so it felt like a really natural step to collaborate more closely and create a partnership we can take to the next level."
The campaign, which was shot by Craig McDean and styled by Jane How, features Jordan backstage at a "faded" carnival. We see the 32-year-old in a desert landscape outside of L.A., posted next to a vintage car, and wearing key items from the Coach men's Spring 2019 collection. Featured pieces include a shearling jacket, a patchwork leather MA-1, the Signature Rivington Backpack, and the Metropolitan Carryall.
"I’m proud to be the face of Coach men’s," Jordan said. "I’ve been a fan of Coach for a long time and truly respect their inclusive and optimistic values. I’m honored to be a part of Stuart’s vision and creative process."
Jordan also stars in Coach's newly unveiled campaign for the men's fragrance collection. Just like the Spring 2019 shoot, this campaign carries a vintage-inspired vibe, as Jordan is seen in an old-school car in a chrome-plated garage.
