The Kanye-Designed XXXTentacion T-Shirt Gets Official Release

The Kanye design appears on a new run of tees and hoodies. The merch launch comes after the posthumous Lil Peep and XXXTentacion track "Falling Down."

The white T-shirt featuring the face of the late XXXTentacion that was previously seen being worn by Kanye West has received an official release from the artist's estate.

Friday, XXXTentacion's official webstore launched sales for a run of short sleeve tees, long sleeve tees, and hoodies inspired by the original West-designed tee. The tees will set you back $40 and $60, respectively, while the hoodie is listed at $75.

The limited merch run launches after the release of Lil Peep's latest posthumous track, the XXXTentacion-featuring "Falling Down." The track was co-written by Peep and Makonnen, who was apparently featured on an earlier version of the track titled "Sunlight on Your Skin." According to Makonnen, that version will also be getting a release later this month.

XXXTentacion was killed outside a motorcycle dealership in June. In the months since, four men have been indicted by a grand jury for the fatal shooting. A widely publicized domestic violence case against XXXTentacion, for which he was awaiting trial at the time of his death, was formally dropped in August.

The estate previously marked the one-year anniversary of the 17 album with a limited batch of clothing and accessories, including a vinyl run of the 11-track debut.

As noted in a Variety report earlier this week, a posthumous XXXTentacion album pulling from a "significant amount" of unreleased material isn't expected to be released before October.
