HBO Max has shared a teaser trailer for Season 4 of Succession.
The clip sees the Roy family at odds with each other—but what’s new? Following Season 3, Kendall, Siobhan, and Roman Roy warring with their father, Logan Roy. And Siobhan’s husband, Tom is caught somewhere in the middle, though he seems to be siding with Logan.
According to Hollywood Reporter, the show’s logline reads, “The sale of media conglomerate Waystar Royco to tech visionary Lukas Matsson (Alexander Skarsgård) moves ever closer. The prospect of this seismic sale provokes existential angst and familial division among the Roys as they anticipate what their lives will look like once the deal is complete. A power struggle ensues as the family weighs up a future where their cultural and political weight is severely curtailed.”
Succession was nominated for a handful of awards at last year’s Emmy Awards, taking home Best Drama Series—an accolade the show also nabbed the previous year. With Season 4 slated to premiere on March 26, the HBO drama also maintains its eligibility for the next round of Emmy Awards.
