WWE fans, get ready to have your mind shattered like glass. Stone Cold Steve Austin has stopped drinking beer.

The star of professional wrestling's Attitude Era revealed that he's given up alcohol for his health on an episode of his podcast The Steve Austin Show

"My eating program is going fantastic," Austin said. "[I’m] sticking to my exact macros. [I’ve had] zero alcohol for right at 14 days now."

14 days isn't that long, but you have to believe Austin will stick with it given the results he's seeing. Austin said that he's had quick success since he stopped worrying about the bottom line and focusing on his belt line.

“No alcohol, and when you hit the weights on a consistent basis and eat what you’re supposed to, it is amazing the difference that you can make or I’m making,” Austin said.

Austin's character was so strongly associated with beer that El Segundo Brewing Company made him a commemorative brew years after he'd retired. But he's moving away from that brash, backyard wrestling personality now that's he's not dropping stunners on Donald Trump.  Austin also said that he's getting into yoga, following the DDP Yoga program created by former WCW champion Diamond Dallas Page. Austin said the classes have left him "flexible as a motherf*cker."

Though Austin said he was "99.9 percent" certain that he had fought his last match, a newly energetic Austin might mean a return to the ring. We just have to wonder how a post-beer Austin would celebrate a victory.
