In the past, Kim Kardashian has expressed that she wants to have another kid with her husband, Kanye West.
"I would, I would. I would have maybe one more. I would maybe try for one more. I really, really enjoyed the surrogacy process," she told Live with Kelly and Ryan earlier this year. "I mean, I enjoyed carrying myself, and that wasn't an option for me for my last child and moving forward."
Now, rumor is she might be planning her next move already. "[They] have one last embryo left," an insider told US Magazine. The source also added that the embroyo's sex is male. The couple shares three kids together: five-year-old North, two-year-old Saint, and seven-month-year-old Chicago. With another boy, it would even them out for two girls (North and Chicago) and two boys (Saint and the possible newcomer to the family).
However, if she is having another child, this will most likely be the last one for the West family. "My home and my heart feel really full right now, in the best way," she said to Elle Magazine for their April cover story "I don’t think I could handle more than that [four kids]. My time is spread really thin. And I think it’s important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids."
After carrying North and Saint, Kim used a surrogate after suffering from preeclampsia and placenta accreta. "[It's] hard at the beginning. Once you let that go, it’s the best experience. I would recommend surrogacy for anybody," she explained during the aforementioned Elle interview. If the fourth baby is in the works, it's likely that she'll use a surrogate again.
