Kim Kardashian West recently grew her and Kanye's family with the birth of daughter Chicago. Now, the reality star says this might be it for them, and adding one more would be her "max." In a new interview will Elle Magazine for its April 2018 cover story, Kim explains just how full her home feels and how important it is to make time for all the things that matter. Chicago, North, and Saint might not get another sibling anytime soon.

"My home and my heart feel really full right now, in the best way," she said, mentioning four kids in total would be the max for her. "I don’t think I could handle more than that. My time is spread really thin. And I think it’s important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids."

Kim also shared a bit more about her experiences with the surrogacy process, which she previously admitted was frustrating and difficult for her. "It was a feeling," she said about choosing the woman who would eventually carry her and Kanye's embryo. "You know when you can trust someone." Despite that, Kim is as meticulous about her private life as she is about her public image, so there was still a slight issue with maintaining control. "[It's] hard at the beginning. Once you let that go, it’s the best experience. I would recommend surrogacy for anybody," she explained.

She was also open about her marriage to Kanye, which, despite its public nature, maintains a specific type of mystery. "He’s taught me to have more of an opinion," she says. "I’ve taught him to be a bit more calm or cautious. We’re a good balance."
