Tom Sizemore groping allegations

Actor Tom Sizemore is being sued by a former child actress who claims he inappropriately touched her in 2003.

According to TMZ, Kiersten Pyke is suing Sizemore in Utah, alleging he groped her when she was 11 years old during production of the 2005 film Born Killers. The suit states that Sizemore touched her in the presence of around 20 people, including her mother, and claims that the incident resulted in irreversible damage leading to lifelong problems including post-traumatic stress and an addiction to drugs and alcohol.

The actress had a small role in the 2005 film that required her to sit on Sizemore’s lap for about 30 minutes. During this time is when the actor allegedly “rubbed his finger against the girl's vagina or inserted it inside” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Cassidy Lunnen, a production manager for the film, told THR that "the girl was so young it was unclear to her and [later] her parents what had actually taken place and if it was intentional or not."

The allegations first came to light in November of last year. At the time, Sizemore denied that he inappropriately touched the actress, who is now seeking $3 million in damages.

Sizemore is best known for his roles in Saving Private Ryan and Black Hawk Down. Though he had never previously been accused of molestation, Sizemore is notorious for his long list of scandals including charges of drug abuse and battery. Around the time the incident allegedly occurred, the actor had been convicted of physically abusing and harassing his ex-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss.
