In honor of his son turning 16, Rick Ross sought to use this milestone to teach his kid the importance of bossing up early, so he gifted him his own Wingstop branch.

“Everyone wish my son @mmgbigbank HAPPY 16th BIRTHDAY,” the MMG mogul wrote on Instagram. “Today he became the owner of his 1st @wingstop franchise. Your now officially a BOSS !!! Keep Going,” he added. Warm wishes for his son, who is also named William Roberts, soon began to pour in, with Jim Jones, E-40, Murda Beatz, T.I. and Killer Mike all offering their support. “William, I’m extremely proud of you my son,” Rozay commented on his son’s post. The mogul himself owns well over a dozen Wingstop locations.

It’s been a busy 2021 for Rick Ross. Aside from gifting food chains to his children, the CEO has been going on a book tour in support of his new memoir The Perfect Day to Boss Up, and also recently got his driver’s license at the age of 45. He also has said that he plans to release a new solo record titled Richer Than I’ve Ever Been before the end of the year, and said that a collaborative album between him and Drake might even be in the works as well

“When are we getting a full Ross-Drake album?” Peter Rosenberg asked Rozay when he stopped by Hot 97 for an interview. “...What I’m saying is this: When Drake and Rozay get together, to me, it’s the best Drake I get. It’s the rapitty-rap Drake, and I would love an entire Rozay-Drizzy project. Will that happen?”

“It’s a good chance that may happen,” Ross said. “Is it facts? Nah. Have we had that conversation? Of course we have.”
