Phife Dawg's new posthumous album 'Forever'

Phife Dawg’s estate has released the A Tribe Called Quest legend’s long-awaited posthumous solo album, Forever, to mark the sixth anniversary of his death.

The 13-track project, which serves as the follow-up to Phife’s 2000 solo debut Ventilation: Da LP, features the previously released singles “Forever,” “Nutshell Pt. 2,” and “French Kiss Trois,” as well as guest appearances from Q-Tip, Rapsody, Maseo of De La Soul, Dwele, Little Brother, and more.

This has been a long time coming.

Finally, on March 22, 2022 the Estate of Malik Taylor release our beloved @phifeforever’s album, ‘Forever’.

Earlier this month, Phife’s manager Dion Liverpool a.k.a. DJ Rasta Root spoke with Complex about Forever.

“Even though the family, the estate, and myself are completing Forever, I am so proud of Phife on this one,” Liverpool said. “He always spoke about giving back to his fans, they were very important to him. I know he would want them to have this album as an extension of himself.”

Stream Forever now on all major platforms and check out the livestream for the album’s release party below.
