With several blockbuster rap albums on the horizon, it looks like Lil Uzi Vert might have dropped a big clue regarding when his upcoming project might be released.

In a video posted by DJ Akademiks, Uzi is asked by someone when his next project is coming out, and the rapper gives a surprisingly candid answer to the question. “Where the next project though?” someone can be heard asking who’s not in the frame. Uzi responded to the fan, revealing a possible timetable for when it will release.

“Probably like three weeks, before Halloween come out,” Uzi said. Then, when the person asked what the project is called, Uzi says, “It’s the Pink Tape.”

It makes sense for Uzi to be so nonchalant about what many would consider sensitive information regarding his next tape. This info also looks like it’s probably coming from the Cambodian wedding that Uzi was invited to in Philadelphia earlier this week.

According to HipHopDX, the rapper wasn’t crashing the ceremony but had been invited. “Vert was invited, he didn’t crash the wedding,” the publication wrote alongside a series of photos of Uzi taking part in the festivities. Uzi also appeared at a Palestinian couple’s wedding in August, but it’s unclear whether he was invited to that one or just showed up.

Uzi previously spoke about how the Pink Tape is progressing while attending a celebration for the 18th anniversary of JAY-Z‘s 40/40 Club.

“Oh, the Pink Tape? Well, it’s going through mixing process right now because last time I dropped an album, it did really well,” Uzi said. “It was actually my highest-selling album but it was a little bit experimental on the mixing part, not the actual music, so this time, I went experimental with the music and traditional on the mixing.”

Pink Tape has yet to receive any official release date. Stay tuned.
