The artist formerly known as Kanye West has again taken issue with his daughter North West’s presence on TikTok.
In an Instagram post shared Friday, Ye included a screenshot of the official @kimandnorth TikTok account alongside an all-caps message.
“Since this is my first divorce I need to know what I should do about my daughter being put on [TikTok] against my will?” the Donda 2 artist said, notably tagging Kim Kardashian.
Kim and her firstborn’s page has accumulated 5.5 million followers and 60.2M likes, with a variety of recent posts passing 20 million views.
Ye has previously expressed similar thoughts on TikTok and his daughter’s appearance on the platform, including in a recent Hollywood Unlocked interview.
“Tell her don’t have my daughter wearing lipstick on TikTok and don’t have her on TikTok at all if I don’t approve that, and I said it after it was done without me knowing and it happened again,” Ye told Jason Lee during last month’s 45-minute one-on-one. “So I feel like there’s some poking the bear, trying to antagonize me or create this, like, ‘crazy’ narrative. Because to say someone is crazy, they’re trying to take the power away and do anything to get people to not pay attention to me.”

The TikTok account in question is “managed by an adult,” per the account’s bio. In December, Kim K shared public praise for nephew and “insightful king” Mason Disick after he texted her with concerns about North West’s then-recent TikTok livestream.
Kim Kardashian was reported last February to have filed for divorce from Ye after nearly seven years of marriage. In the months since, the former couple’s relationship has remained the topic of numerous headlines, though things have seemingly taken a different tone more recently. On his Game collab “Eazy,” for example, Ye called out Pete Davidson, who’s been linked with Kardashian since late 2021.
