Quando Rondo and 18 other people were listed in a multiple-page indictment that included 49 counts of drug charges, gang affiliation, and the illegal use of cell phones, per WJCL 22 ABC.

All 19 individuals are being hit with multiple charges each. In Rondo's case, he's being charged with two counts of conspiracy to violate Georgia's controlled substances law, one count of participating in criminal activity affiliated with a street gang, and one count of illegal use of a cell phone to facilitate a drug deal.

The rapper is also being accused of violating the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act for his role as a manager of the local set of the Rollin' 60's Crips gang. Before his arrest, Rondo had a message for his family, letting them know he'll be home soon with a tweet that read, "I Love You Paris Italy Kiyah My Mama Tess My Grandma Freida I'll Be Bacc!"

According to the Chatham County District Attorney's indictment, the drug deals occurred between October 2022 and June 2023. Rondo allegedly told another defendant to negotiate a sale and then traveled to Macon, Georgia, on June 4 to pay a marijuana supplier. Several other accomplices are said to have gone to Atlanta to pay for more marijuana.

Quando Rondo's name has consistently been in the news for all the wrong reasons. The biggest headline came in November 2020 when he was involved in an altercation in Atlanta that killed Chicago rapper King Von. Lul Tim, one of Rondo's friends, is allegedly responsible for shooting the gun that killed the 26-year-old.
