Billboard reports that Cash Money Records has to pay out $1.14 million in royalties for the production for a handful of Jay Sean songs from years back. Included in the dispute are his popular tracks "Down," and "Do You Remember," along with six other songs from his 2009 album, All or NothingTMZ previously reported that Cash Money was sued over a year ago by Orange Factory Music, who continued to receive statements for royalty payments, but never actually saw a check.

This isn't the only legal trouble the Birdman-led label is going through. Last year, Lil Waynefiled a suit against Birdman and Cash Money for $51 million and the rights to take Drake and Nicki Minaj with him from the label.
