Ice Spice Drops "Pretty Privilege" in Full After Cardi B Diss Speculation

The "Munch" rapper first teased the track after her manager’s heated phone call with Cardi surfaced online.

Ice Spice has unleashed the official video for "Pretty Privilege," the much-anticipated track that fueled speculation of a Cardi B beef.

The self-directed visual shows the "Munch" rapper dancing and twerking outside a French chateau while delivering lines about her haters, success and, of course, "pretty privilege."

"Pretty Privilege, that’s a perk," she raps in the RIOTUSA-produced cut. "Can’t help it, I’m a flirt / Fine shit, that’s a fact / From the front, you see the back."

Ice Spice initially teased the song back in September, shortly after someone leaked a heated phone call between Cardi and Ice Spice’s manager, James Rosemond Jr. The recording purportedly captured Cardi shouting at Rosemond and threatening to "beat" up Ice Spice.

"I’ma show y’all, I’m not Latto," the voice is heard saying in the clip. "I’ma beat her the fuck up. I’ma knock her the fuck out. All y’all. I’ma beat her ass. I’ma get Riot beat up by my n***as. Y’all gonna see what the fuck is up. Y’all think I’m fucking pussy-ass Latto?"

Shortly after the call surfaced on social media, Ice Spice shared a snippet of "Pretty Privilege," which included an eyebrow-raising line about an unidentified foe: "She might talk shit on the 'Gram, but she won't talk it to my face," Ice Spice raps.

Many were convinced the jab was directed at Cardi. The "Imaginary Playerz" rapper addressed the drama in a series of X posts, in which she apologized to Latto and suggested it was Rosemond who released the phone call.

"James be foreal and be a man," she wrote. "It was only you, me, and [her manager] Tubby on the call. So you saying it was Tubby??.. Your artist put a laughing emoji then leaked the convo then posted a trash ass clip of her song in less than an hour.... This is why you been avoiding the CEO's of 10K cause you know you did it and sound like a bitch."

But not everyone was convinced that "Pretty Privilege" was directed at Cardi. Many listeners suspected the aforementioned lines were about Stunna Sandy, a Brooklyn-based rapper who is often compared to Ice Spice. Whispers of a rivalry began circulating after the release of Ice Spice’s "Baddie Baddie," in which she referenced a fellow artist who tried to imitate her.

"I know that she wanna be me / But she is not doing it well," Ice Spice raps.
