After JAY-Z and Roc Nation announced their partnership with the NFL, all eyes became laser-focused on this year's Super Bowl halftime performance.

When it was announced in September that Jennifer Lopez and Shakira would headline the Super Bowl LIV halftime show, a lot of fans were excited to see the two artists. Yet, there were some that wanted Roc Nation to use this stage to include either Miami-based artists and/or rappers.

To this, Jigga assured them that there would some surprise performers. Although fans and Hard Rock Cafe, Inc. were reportedly lobbying for Pitbull, Roc Nation enlisted guest performances from Bad Bunny and J. Balvin.

J. Lo and Shakira were also joined on stage by Lopez's daughter. 11-year-old Emme Maribel sang her mother's hit, "Let’s Get Loud," while Shakira played the drums.

The Super Bowl LIV halftime show will also be included in the NFL's first-ever visual album, Super Bowl LIV Live. The album will consist of all the entertainment that took place during the big game. This includes Yolanda Adams' rendition of "America the Beautiful" as well as Demi Lovato's performance of the National Anthem.
