Just over a month after Quality Control Music CEO and co-founder Pierre “Pee” Thomas expressed his desire to sign rising rapper Gloss Up, it looks like the label has officially brought the Memphis native on board.

Gloss Up took to Instagram on Sunday to show off an iced-out chain featuring the Quality Control initials.

“@qcmceo_p JUST ICE ME DF OUT ! THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER 😩😩😈😈😈😈 #BIGGLOSS 🥳 QC GLOSS,” she captioned the clip, shouting out the QC exec, whose roster on the music side includes Lil YachtyCity GirlsLil Baby and Migos, among others.

Pee took to his own IG Stories to share a batch of posts showing himself and Gloss Up hanging out during what may have been a music video shoot. Back in June, he hopped on Twitter to praise her, revealing he wanted to give her a deal.

“I want to sign Gloss Up from Memphis,” he wrote. “She too hard, plus I love helping the ‘TheUnderDawgs’ get on top. … She so raw and authentic.”

Gloss Up is an affiliate of fellow Memphis rapper GloRilla, who recently inked a deal with Yo Gotti’s CMG imprint.

“GloRilla is a natural born star—she has a different sound and approach that’s needed in hip-hop right now,” Gotti said at the time of the signing. “It’s one of the quickest rises that I’ve seen in my career because she only dropped in late-April and now she has the hottest cultural records in music. Glo is hungry for success and determined to win. We look forward to watching her grow as an artist and reach her full potential.”

GloRilla added, “I’ve put in years of hard work to get this point and I’m blessed to sign with the hottest label in music with CMG. I manifested this moment and trusted my talent even when others didn’t. I’m grateful for Gotti for believing in me and I’m not gonna let up. Trust that I have more new heat on the way.”

This week she showed up on CMG’s Gangsta Art compilation and shared a video for her track “Tomorrow”:
