A Lil Xan concert in St. Louis was canceled after someone allegedly threatened to shoot up the venue. According to TMZ, Xan's Oct. 10 show at The Pageant was called off at the last minute because of threats of violence.

The gossip website reports that the promoters and venue management called the concert off after discovering a video where someone threatened to open fire on the crowd if Xan went through with the show. The St. Louis Police Department said that they were not informed of the threat.

TMZconfirmed that the guy was beefing with Xan over money he was owed. In a statement to TMZ from Xan's team, the rep said, "It is our top priority, including the promoters and venue to ensure safety at every show. This was an old situation that has been taken care of internally. There is no reason to fear safety at any of Lil Xan's shows moving forward."

Lil Xan's been making headlines more for his antics and lifestyle than his music lately. The Total Xanarchyrapper caused a bit of controversy when he was caught on camera getting into a shouting match in a mall food court. Xan repeatedly yelled about how rich he was and dropped the n-word several times throughout the video.

Prior to that, Xan was in the news for his relationship with Noah Cyrus. The short-lived affair became fodder for memes and was reportedly ended by one. Apparently, Cyrus sent Xan an image of a porn star with Charlie Puth's head photoshopped on and that's what she believed ended their relationship. He responded by posting a video of himself urinating on a plaque he received for his song "Betrayed."

That's not to say Xan can't court controversy within the music world. He was the latest of a string of young rappers to stir up anger by disrespecting rap legends. After he called 2Pac boring, older rappers came out of the woodwork to offer their opinion on the Xan's comments. Xan has since walked back on those comments

Of course, there are artists that Xan respects. He said his Xanarchy follow-up was inspired by a conversation he had with Mac Miller, who he has previously admitted to admiring.
