J. Cole's a little salty.

Cole's manager Ibrahim H. took to Instagram to post an exchange the 4 Your Eyez Only rapper had about a rec league game that went down in North Carolina. Cole was able to secure the win by making a last minute game-winning three pointer. Unfortunately, no one had their phone out to capture the golden moment.

Dennis Smith Jr. of the New York Knicks was at the game and gave a recap of it on House of Highlights.

"Hit a game tying 3 to send into OT. cold blooded ice in my veins shit. Then hit the game winnin three went full court with like 2.6 seconds on the clock. Nobody had they phones out I was hot," Cole wrote. The "Middle Child" rapper also made 45 points during the contest. "Like damn let a n*gga walk in the mall or in the club y'all wanna have your phones out," Cole continued.

"this chat convo after @desmith4 went on @houseofhighlights about Cole’s 45 point rec league game needed to be shared," Ibrahim wrote on IG. "This n*gga Cole got me dying I’m not one to share chat convos but this shit too good."

Check out the exchange below.

Speaking to Sports Illustrated back in 2013, J. Cole opened up about his love for the game of basketball and his history with the sport.  "I was always in love with basketball as a kid, but I thought I was way better than I really was," Cole said at the time. "Me and my brother just kind of figured it out playing rec ball. I went to a middle school that didn't have a team. That kind of set me back."
