Lil Durk returns with his new project, Just Cause Y'all Waited 2.

For this tape, Lil Durk seeks to re-establish the auto-tuned drill sound that generated his platform. The project boasts features from fellow Chicago natives, Polo G and G Herbo. Durk also tapped into the soil he now calls home by having ATLiens Gunna and Lil Baby make an appearance on the tape.

Before releasing the 15 song tape, Durk made an appearance on Audiomack's "Trap Symphony" YouTube series. For this, he performed his hits "No Auto Durk," "Home Body,"—which was featured on the first Just Cause Y'all Waited mixtape—and "Dis Ain't What U Want."

Durk also sat down with Complex News where he explained how the fans determine the music he makes.

"Listened to the fans," Durk said when explained how "No Auto" came to fruition. "I did it just to see—just to test the waters. That's what I'm saying. I just followed the fans' lead."

Now, it seems like he's rewarding his supporters for giving him a solid direction by giving them a fresh batch of songs.
