Bun B’s “In My Trunk,” featuring Maxo Kream and Young Dolph, has received the video treatment.
In the partially animated visual which was directed by Michael Artis, Bun, Maxo, and Dolph ride around with everything happening from the seat of their car. The song is a cut from Bun's Bun B Day EP, which released in August 2019.
“As an OG, it’s imperative that we make ourselves available to the next generation,” Bun told Complex. “We have to make sure we equip them with the knowledge to overcome their circumstance and beat the game. That always starts with the music. Being able to not only record with Dolph and Maxo but also give them some real game is absolutely necessary to expand the culture and the community.”
Bun recently performed at the fifth annual Yams Day, which took place in New York on Jan. 17. Other notable guests included 2 Chainz, Tyler the Creator, Young M.A., and Jim Jones.
