To accompany the EP, Max is sharing clips from his forthcoming documentary. Below, you can watch him talk about his musical influences, his thoughts on the new wave of rappers, his plans after prison, and more.

Max B is currently serving a 75-year prison sentence for a deadly armed robbery in 2009. Max revealed his sentence got reduced to 12 years on Instagram, giving fans hope that he’ll be out as soon as 2021.

During an impromptu call on The Joe Budden Podcast, Max told Joe Budden about the concept behind House Money.

“This is just a taste test, to let y’all marinate on something. Just to let y’all see how I am giving it up. So yeah, this kid is still crazy. My shit real. It’s quality. Up. Everything loopy,” he said, promising his loyal fans he hasn’t missed a beat.
