Responding to a fan'sĀ tweet Thursday, Meek revealed his current picks, starting with JAY-Z. Meek also shouted out Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Jadakiss, and DMX. "That'sĀ my era top 5!!!"Ā he said.

Hov... Wayne...Rozay .... kiss .... Dmx .... and thatā€™s my era top 5!!! https://t.co/bmAyanE15X

The unveiling went down during a round of #AskMeek that also saw the Free Meek star and executive producerĀ elaborating on the inspiration behind his track "Almost Slipped,"Ā his pick for favorite freestyle, and much more.

Meek, notably, previously gave a slightly different take on the top five inquiry way back in 2012. While JAY and Weezy appear across both, the 2012 take also included Biggie, 2Pac, and Nas.

Earlier this month, Meek and fellow activist/76ers co-owner Michael Rubin paid a visit to Maurice Hudson, who's currently incarcerated after failing to make court-ordered payments. Drawing a comparison between the case and the one that serves as the subject of the aforementioned Free Meek series, Rubin told reporters he simply "can't understand" how people could be imprisoned without actually committing a crime.
