Rihanna recently shared an image of her sporting new pieces from the latest Savage X Fenty collection, and she was met almost immediately with thirst comments.

Among those thirsting over Rihanna's lingerie picture was her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, who doesn't exactly have the best history with her. Posting three separate comments featuring suggestive emojis, Brown wrote, "I wanna be the lamp."

As to be expected, Rihanna fans are not happy with Brown, who has tried this kind of thing in the past. In fact, he called her a "Queen" on Instagram earlier this year, and in 2018 he was clowned after he suggested a tour with Beyoncé, Rihanna, Bruno Mars, and himself.

Just over a decade ago, Brown pleaded guilty to assaulting Rihanna, who was his girlfriend at the time. The two later resumed their relationship in 2013, but it was short-lived. Ever since, Brown has been anything but subtle about his feelings towards Rih-Rih.

Earlier this month it was revealed that he was facing yet another possible court battle. A backup dancer, Danielle Griffin, filed a lawsuit against the singer over eye injuries she sustained during a 2017 video shoot. She said that a wardrobe and make-up artist had "carelessly and negligently poured fake liquid blood on (her) head without eye protection after assuring her that the substance was safe."
