50 Cent has turned his back on his “son” Tekashi 6ix9ine, after the rapper was arrested on racketeering charges last week. The 22-year-old, whose birth name is Daniel Hernandez, is facing life in prison and seems to have reached out to his once close “father" for support. Unfortunately for Hernandez, Fif’s symbolic paternity ends here.

"My son got picked up, I told him don’t call me," 50 wrote in an Instagram post. "Shit. The Fed’s on you fool. Call ya momma. Don’t put the FBI on my phone."

During an interview with The Breakfast Club days before his arrest, 6ix9ine opened up about his close relationship with 50. “He don’t pay his child support bills,” the rapper said jokingly, before explaining how the two clicked after 50 claimed 6ix9ine reminded him of his younger self.

But despite their bond, 50 is clearly not prepared to go down with a sinking ship, especially not if the feds are involved.

6ix9ine is reportedly serving time right now in general population at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He’s been charged with participating in a racketeering conspiracy, using and carrying brandished and discharged firearms, participating in a gunpoint robbery, and agreeing to shoot an individual who "had shown disrespect to Nine Trey, resulting in an innocent bystander being shot."

Last month he avoided jail time for his 2015 child sex case with a four-year probation, but it doesn't like 6ix9ine will escape these new charges as unscathed.
